Beekeeping for change

Beekeeping is an activity which is very close to our heart, as bees are vital to pollination, healthy ecosystems and the environment as a whole.

Beekeeping can also provide livelihood opportunities to women in rural Afghanistan, helping them support their families through the harvest and sale of honey and other products.

With this in mind, we are partnering with women experts to train other women in the art of beekeeping, with the first training starting in Afghanistan in the next few weeks.
